Lawsuit alleges Sean Combs drugged and raped 13-year-old girl

New lawsuits have been filed against hip-hop mogul Sean (Diddy) Combs, alleging that he and an unnamed "male celebrity" raped a 13-year-old girl who had been drugged, as an unnamed "female celebrity" watched. These accusations are part of seven new lawsuits filed against Combs on Sunday night, adding to a group of more than 100 alleged victims taking legal action against him following his sex trafficking arrest last month.

The lawsuits, filed by the Buzbee Law Firm in the Southern District of New York, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, include disturbing details of sexual assault, drugging, and rape. One of the suits involves a Jane Doe who was 13 years old at the time of the alleged incident and was invited to an after-party by a limousine driver who claimed to work for Combs.

According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was drugged and assaulted by Combs and two other celebrities in a bedroom at the party. The suit also claims that the assault led to the plaintiff falling into a deep depression that continues to impact her life.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, has been denied bail by two judges who deemed him a danger to the community. His defense attorney has not responded to requests for comment from CBC News.

These new allegations have raised concerns about the impact on the music industry and have prompted support for sexual assault survivors. Resources for those affected by sexual violence are available through the Government of Canada website and the Ending Violence Association of Canada database.

The situation surrounding Sean (Diddy) Combs continues to evolve, with more legal action expected as the allegations unfold. It is crucial to approach these sensitive issues with care and compassion for all parties involved.
